Although I dislike exercise, I have found Celia to be very inspiring! I wasn't sure I could keep up the boot camp after the first night but with Celia's encouragement I kept coming back. Pumpkin Yatzee Halloween Boot camp Workout

Choose 10 exercises:  Suggestions:
Pushups, Screamers, squats, squat-jump-stick, push-up-up/downs, burbees, dips, jump rope, lunges, bi-cep curls with bands (or weights)

Write one exercise on the bottom of each pumpkin (about 5# pumpkins)
Put all 10 pumpkins in an area - call it the pumpkin patch.

Start the campers about 50- 100 feet away

Give each camper a card with the list of the exercises and space for them to fill in their count.
(Their Yatzee Card)

The idea:
Each camper to run from their starting pointing to the pumpkin patch and get a pumpkin
Run back to their starting point
Look at the exercise written on the bottom
Do the exercise to exhaustion (I  limited everything to 30 each for a max)
Return the pumpkin to the pumpkin patch and get another pumpkin.

As you get to the end, campers may pick up exercises they have already done, when this happens, they return to the pumpkin patch and choose another. The idea is they do not look at the exercise until they bring the pumpkin back to their starting point, so if they need to return the pumpkin, they run back.

At the end - everyone adds up their cards.  This can be used as a base to do the same excercises again in two weeks to compare or give a gift/title to the highest score.  If there is a tie, pick an excercise and last one standing gets the prize or title.

This is a good 20-30  minute excercise depending on the size of group(s)
